Our Company

Axiom Industrial Manufacturing is an Alberta based owner-operated manufacturer of large-scale steel fabricated components for the oil and gas drilling industry, located in Innisfail, Alberta. Axiom also designs and manufactures two complete product lines under the trade names, Pro-Guard Storage Solutions and Reliable Mix Concrete Equipment.

Pro-Guard Storage Solutions provides portable non-combustible steel buildings designed for the safe storage of hazardous materials as well as self-contained emergency showers to a variety of industries and government agencies. Reliable Mix Concrete Equipment provides a variety of concrete batching equipment to the construction and mining industries.

Technical Service Representative

Contribute to the high quality, on-time delivery of our products, by maintaining superior workmanship and meeting Company quality and safety standards.
Duties
  • Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic systems used in Axiom products.
  • Liaises with third party technical contractors on Axiom projects.
  • Acts as a Customer Service Representative with regards to technical issues for project planning as well as warranty issues.
  • Integrates research, development, sales and marketing strategies to help launch new products and services or to revise existing product lines and/or services.
  • Analyze the customer’s needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Works with external contractors as required.
  • Successfully communicate with internal departments to explain the needs of the customers and provide recommendations on how to fulfill the customer needs and ensure compliance to contract commitments.
  • Help to train and develop subordinates and team including helping to develop effective brochures and web content.
  • Conduct and work safely in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all hazard assessments and investigations are completed within your area.
  • Ensure employee training requirements are met and documented.
  • Actively participate and promote the Safety Program including participation at Audits and Meetings.
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary education or equivalent.
  • Comprehensive, specialized technical knowledge of Hydraulic, Electrical and Mechanical Systems.
  • Excellent customer service skill set and attitude.
  • Must be a self-motivated individual that’s able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Can do attitude towards new challenges and changes.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and understand drawings and verbal or written instructions.
  • Extensive Concrete Batch Plant Experience.
  • Class 5 license.
